Appointments 

As a small venue we politely ask clients to come alone to appointments.

Unfortunately we don't have the space for people to stay & wait - with this in mind we also can't accept arrivals earlier than 15 minutes.

Unfortunately we can't accommodate children or prams. We also ask you not to bring your pets.

Whilst we try to accommodate late arrivals ,we have a 15 minute window before we have to reduce or were necessary reschedule an appointment.

Late arrivals were we are unable to treat as a result will be charged for.It is essential that you advise us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to arrival and receiving your treatment.This is so that we can ensure the treatment is suitable for you or adapt the service accordingly if necessary.

Pregnancy - For the comfort of you and your little one we only treat you after the first trimester. Most treatments can be adapted for pregnancy. Please note we add an additional 15 minutes into appointment times to allow for consultation and changing.

Cancellation policy 

You are more than welcome to reschedule within 24 hours or cancel your appointment with 48 hours notice.

If we don’t receive 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment, then unfortunately, any deposit becomes non-refundable.

Failing to attend an appointment will result in future appointments being pre-paid in full.

Please make sure you have time for the service you are booked for. Without notice to amend your appointment you may be charged for the time reserved.

Deposits and pre payments 

We may ask for a deposit to secure your appointment. If you cancel outside of our cancellation policy all deposits become non refundable - we do not offer refunds. Deposits secure the time and date of the booking. If you are unable to attend ,the existing deposit cannot be transferred to another date .Treatment courses are available please be aware we reserve the right to amend your course accordingly should you cancel outside of our policy.

Alcohol policy 

We reserve the right to request ID when enjoying our alcoholic drinks. One complimentary alcoholic drink will be offered upon your visit (With a £30 minimum service spend )after this please see the menu for pricing.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers outside of their expiry day can be extended for £10 per month. Lost gift vouchers can be redeemed upon proof of receipt. Gift vouchers granted as prizes or achieved through charitable events cannot be redeemed after the expiry or extended. 

Salon etiquette 

Please be mindful of other guests during your visit.We want you to enjoy your time with us but politely ask you keep a respectful noise level and topic of conversation. Please be respectful of our guests privacy such as any faces you may recognise .

Patch test policy 

Patch tests must be carried out, this is a legal requirement. We do not offer disclaimers.

This is the clients responsibility to obtain. Appointments cancelled outside of the cancellation policy due to lack of patch test will be charged for.

Patch tests must be pre-booked. We are not walking salon. Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to be able to take walk-in appointments. If you need additional patch test availability, please contact us directly so we can accommodate.
