Shipping, Returns & Refunds
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times that you see at checkout.
There may be delays due to Postal strikes which are out of our control.

We are yet to offer shipping outside of the UK.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from the selected courier which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4-5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days post delivery, the item must be unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

As a business we always strive for a high level of customer satisfaction. In the event you are dissatisfied we will always offer a solution or in some cases alternative refunds, such as a store credit, exchanges or rescheduling options for services.
